使用 Duel 即表示你同意本条款。Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议同样适用；两者冲突时，以本条款为准，但不影响 Apple 协议赋予 Apple 的权利。
1. 谁可以使用
你需要年满 13 岁。每个人只用一个账号，并对自己账号下的行为负责。
2. Duel 是什么
Duel 让你和朋友约定习惯目标，每天打卡，没打卡会扣血，最后决出胜负。App 只记录和显示结果。
3. 赌注
挑战里的「赌注」只是双方自愿写下的文字（比如「输的人请吃火锅」）。Duel 不处理任何金钱，不托管、不担保、也不强制执行任何赌注。是否兑现、如何兑现，由你们自己决定并自行负责。不得用 Duel 进行赌博或任何违法的金钱交易。
4. 你的内容
你在 Duel 里填写或上传的内容（名字、口号、挑战文字、私信、照片）归你所有。为了让 App 运作，你授权我们存储这些内容，并展示给 App 规则允许看到的人（比如你的对手和好友）。你保证你有权上传这些内容。
5. 不能做的事
Duel 不容忍令人反感或伤害他人的内容和行为。你不得：
- 发布骚扰、威胁、仇恨、歧视、色情、暴力或其他令人反感的内容；
- 冒充他人，或上传你无权使用的照片；
- 利用 Duel 从事违法活动；
- 干扰或攻击 App 和服务器的正常运行。
名字、用户名和胜利口号不能包含不允许的词，保存时会被拒绝。
遇到违规内容或用户，可以：
- 在 App 里举报： 私信页、照片、对方的主页、对决页和收到的挑战都有「举报」；
- 拉黑对方： 拉黑后你们互相看不到主页，也不能再互发好友申请、挑战和私信；
- 发邮件： 发到 support@duelhabit.com。
我们会在 24 小时内处理举报，可能删除相关内容、停用或删除违规账号。被举报的人不会知道是谁举报的。
6. 注销与停用
你可以随时在「设置 › 注销账号」中删除你的账号，具体会删除和保留什么，见隐私政策。如果你违反本条款，我们可以停用你的账号。
7. 免责
Duel 按「现状」提供。我们会尽力保持服务稳定，但不保证不中断、不出错。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用 Duel 产生的间接损失负责，包括你和他人之间关于赌注的任何纠纷。Duel 不提供医疗或健康建议；设定习惯目标时请量力而行。
8. 变更
条款更新时，新版本会发布在这个页面，并修改上方的生效日期。更新后继续使用 Duel，即表示你接受新的条款。

By using Duel you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms prevail, without limiting Apple's rights under its agreement.
1. Who can use Duel
You must be 13 or older. One person, one account, and you are responsible for what happens under yours.
2. What Duel is
Duel lets you and your friends commit to habits, check in each day, lose HP for missed days, and settle who wins. The app records and shows the results.
3. Stakes
A Challenge's "stakes" are only words both players chose to write down (for example, "the loser buys hot pot"). Duel handles no money, and does not hold, guarantee or enforce any stake. Whether and how a stake is honoured is up to the players, who are responsible for it. Do not use Duel for gambling or any unlawful exchange of money.
4. Your content
What you write or upload in Duel (names, slogans, Challenge text, messages, photos) remains yours. To run the app, you let us store it and show it to the people the app's rules allow — your opponents and Friends, for example. You confirm you have the right to upload it.
5. What you may not do
Duel has no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content or behaviour. You may not:
- post harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content;
- impersonate anyone, or upload photos you have no right to use;
- use Duel for anything unlawful;
- interfere with or attack the app or its servers.
Display names, Usernames and victory slogans may not contain disallowed words; a save that does is refused.
If you come across content or a user that breaks these rules, you can:
- report it in the app: messages, photos, a person's profile, the Duel page and incoming Challenges all have Report;
- block the person: you then can't see each other's profiles or send each other Friend requests, Challenges or messages;
- email us at support@duelhabit.com.
We act on reports within 24 hours and may remove the content, or disable or delete the account responsible. The person reported is not told who reported them.
6. Deleting and disabling accounts
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account; what is deleted and what is kept is in the Privacy Policy. We may disable an account that breaks these terms.
7. Disclaimers
Duel is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using Duel, including any dispute between players over a stake. Duel gives no medical or health advice; set goals that are safe for you.
8. Changes
When these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Using Duel after a change means you accept the new terms.
